- A:Users may change their passwords by accessing the "My Profile" option from the Home page.
- Q:What if the site does not recognize my email address and password?
- A:To confirm that you are using the correct email address and password, please click on forgot password and enter your email address. Instructions about how to change your password will be emailed to you within minutes. Should the database still not recognize you, click on contact us and explain the problem. You will receive a response via email or a direct call from an NCCH representative if you have provided a telephone number.
